Reservations

Priority in reservations is as follows: Researchers and Member Institutions, Educational Groups, all other groups.

Fees

Researchers
CEDO facilities are available to scientists studying the region. Researchers pay an individual dorm fee of $10 per night. There is an additional fee of $5/day for use of the wet lab. Monthly residential use is discounted at $150/month. Additional discounts are available for institutional members. Resident Facility Fees
All groups must make reservations and pay both institutional and individual user fees nightly. All fees are in U.S. dollars and are discounted for institutional members. Minimum group size is 5 people.

Individual Dorm Fee (Nightly)
$10/person

Institutional Fee (Waived for Institutional Members)
- For groups up to 15: $100 per night
- For groups 16 - 30: $200 per night
- For groups 30+: $250 per night

Individual Lab Fee (Daily)
$5/person

Day-Use Facility Rental Fees
Courtyard, audiovisual center, conference room and library available for rent.

Educational Program Fees
- Slide Show: $75 resident — $100 nonresident
- Field Excursion: $100 resident — $150 nonresident
- Full Day Teaching (2 field excursions & 1 slide show, or Pinacate or Dunes excursion): $250 resident — $300 nonresident

Payment
A non-refundable reservation fee in the amount of one night's institutional fee is required to confirm your reservation and applies toward the group's total fees. The balance should be paid with cash, check, or money order upon receipt of the CEDO invoice. Make checks out to: CEDO, Inc.
